We present an interferometric method suitable to measure particle masses and, where applicable the and its corresponding antiparticle, their mass ratio in order detect possible symmetry violations between matter antimatter. The is based on techniques tunable specific range of under consideration. case study electron positron presented, following recent observation interferometry.
